After careful consideration due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the 2021 Southwest Pool & Spa Show scheduled for February 3 - 6, 2021 will not take place. This difficult decision was based upon many factors including the best interest for the health and safety of all participants, exhibitors and vendors.

Q) Will I receive a registration refund?
A) Yes, all Southwest Pool & Spa Show Attendees will receive a full refund for any paid registrations.
Q) Will any of the certifications move online?
Yes, some certifications will be moving online. Please look for an email if your certification will move online so you may decided if you would like to take that option or not.
Q) How long will my refund take?
A) We will process all refunds as soon as possible, but please allow us 90 days to process all refunds.
Q) Should I cancel my hotel reservation?
A) While the hotel should automatically cancel your hotel room, to be safe, you may go ahead and cancel. There will be no penalties for cancelling your room reservation.
